MUAku, a platform connecting clients with freelance makeup artists, faced issues with managing schedules, overlapping bookings, and communication gaps.

ProTrack was configured as a lightweight booking and scheduling platform, where MUAs could update their availability and clients could book services in real time. Automated notifications and reminders were added via WhatsApp and email, helping both clients and MUAs stay informed.

This system led to faster booking confirmations, fewer missed appointments, and improved customer satisfaction.
